Weekend oh Dear Weekend , my favorite thing about weekends is brunch , i just love waking up late and starting my saturday with a great meal while enjoying some good music and company with friends and family . And there is no easier than some warm and fluffy chocolate , peanutbutter and banana pancakes .
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Banana
- 150 gr of flour
- 25 gr melted butter
- 1 egg
- 10 gr baking pouder
- pinch of salt
- 50 gr of cacao pouder(unsweetened)
- 25 gr of peanut-butter
- 150 ml Milk
- 40 gr of sugar
Let's get down to business ...
In a mixer put milk , peanut-butter , the ripe banana , melted butter , salt and sugar then give it a good mix .
In a seperate bowl mix the dry indregients , after that start introducing it into the mixer slowly until having a fluffy thick-ich batter ( add some extra milk if needed) .
Finally on a hot greaced pan start cooking your pancakes add some butter cubes between them while making a pile then drizzel honey or salted butter caramel on it and Voilà Brunch is ready .
