Who would resist a fresh batch of pancakes on an off work day breakfast ? Not me anyway but since i'm all over paying attention to my diet and calories intake i began to experience on a new recipes concept lately trying to keep it light but hearty and tasty .
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- 40 gr flour
- 1 egg
- 6 gr baking pouder
- 6 tblsp skimmed milk
Let's get down to business ...
In a mixer put milk , peanut-butter , the ripe banana , egg .
In a seperate bowl mix the dry indregients , after that start introducing it into the mixer slowly until having a fluffy thick-ich batter ( add some extra milk if needed) .
Finally on a hot greaced pan start cooking your pancakes add some butter cubes between them while making a pile then drizzel honey or salted butter caramel on it and Voilà it is ready .
