Simple 3 Ingredients Ricotta & Honey Ice-cream

- 500 gr Ricotta cheese
- 200 gr heavycream
- 70 gr honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Whip the heavy cream with the vanilla extract until stiff .
- In a seperate bowl lightly mix the ricotta cheese , lemon zest and the honey .
- Fold in the whipped cream with the Ricotta mixture .
- Freeze for at least 4 hours
Then serve with some nuts , more Honey or even candied ,lemons or oranges ...
