Sundays Craving are usually the worst , and the last week i was litteraly dreaming of a big slice of a chocolate cake and some berries on top and since that idea kept hunting me i finally decided to go ahead and make a new chocolate cake recipe ...
Ingredient
- 4 eggs
- 100 gr melted butter
- 30 gr Cacao pouder
- 150 gr Coconut flour
- 75 gr sugar
- 1 tsp baking pouder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup of soja milk
Preparation
- Start by whisking your eggs and sugar until it doubles in volume , add the vanilla extract , and add the melted butter in .
- Add gradually the sifted dry ingredients , then the milk .
PS : This cake batter will be a little bit different since we are using Coconut flour so it will feel rather like a sticky dough than a traditional cake batter . 3. Bake your cake in the oven for 40 min in a 20 cm diameter circular baking pan at a 180 degrees . 4. As for the decoration i simply used a milk chocolate ganache mixed with some almonds , you can find the ganache recipe here and added some fresh berries on top .
And voilà...
